Where were you and what song was playing when it happened?\u003C/strong>\n\nI was in Amsterdam, experiencing heartbreak and freedom all at the same time. The song I don’t remember but I remember I was in this club were no cellphones were allowed and they had these red mirrors all around that made everything look like a dream.\n\n\u003Cstrong>What's inflating your balloon these days? (Giving you purpose, joy, fuel to keep going)\u003C/strong>\n\nI have really exciting things coming at the end of the summer!! And I got my Greencard!!!\n\n\u003Cstrong>How do you keep going when the art you make goes splat?\u003C/strong>\n\nI guess remembering that sometimes things have to “fail” to rebuild stronger. When our art experiences a “set back” the steps we take forward are usually stronger and further.\n\n\u003Cstrong>Anything coming up you want to tell us about?\u003C/strong>\n\nMy series regular on HBO “TASK” I guess? Where I get the pleasure of playing Mark Ruffalo's daughter.\n\n\u003Cstrong>Silvia Dionicio\u003C/strong> (she/her) is a Dominican actress based in New York City.  In 2016 the Dominican government granted her a unique scholarship to study acting in New York. Since she’s performed all around the country, including the Off-Broadway shows: \u003Cem>Fandango for Butterflies & Coyotes\u003C/em> (La Jolla Playhouse / LaMaMa Experimental Theater Club), \u003Cem>Black Panther Women\u003C/em> (NYTW), among others. Most recently she was nominated for best supporting actress at the Critics Circle Awards. Dionicio is quickly making a name for herself on Film/TV and it's excited to share her first leading role in the new series\u003Cem> Task\u003C/em> coming to HBO Max this September.
